Each is responsible for its own accessibility statement and feedback mechanism. Reykjavíkurborg (the capital) accounts for ~37% of the population. For S3.urban (urban passenger transport self-service terminals), Strætó bs. — the joint municipal undertaking operating the capital-area bus network — would be the presumptive operator-level body.
